He was responsible for creating and optimizing staff schedules, reviewing financial statements, and maintaining inventory, ensuring seamless operations in a high-traffic airport environment. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles at Concessions International, where he managed unit performance, cost control, and compliance while leading a team of over 40 staff members.

Malcolm's expertise extends to fostering effective communication, staff training, and maintaining positive associate relations, honed through years of experience in both full-service and quick-service locales at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
